These terms cover use of the trueblue.edu.au website and set out the key conditions of enrolling with True Blue Training (ABN 28 626 604 573, RTO 45481). Full enrolment terms are provided in the Student Handbook and enrolment agreement before you enrol.
Website use
Information on this website is provided as a general guide. Course details, fees and dates may change; the details in your enrolment agreement take precedence. All content, including the True Blue Training name and logo, is owned by True Blue Training and may not be reproduced without permission.
Enrolment
Enrolment is subject to meeting the entry requirements for the course, providing accurate information and identification, and supplying a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). A place is confirmed once your enrolment has been accepted and any required fees paid.
Fees, refunds and cancellations
Course fees are set out in your enrolment agreement. A deposit of $250 is payable to secure your place, with the balance due before commencement or by agreed payment plan. We do not collect more than $1,500 in advance from any student before training starts.
Refunds are provided in line with our Refund Policy, available in the Student Handbook or on request. In summary:
- a full refund is provided if we cancel or reschedule a course and you cannot attend the new date;
- a full refund less a $250 administration fee applies if you withdraw more than 7 days before commencement;
- withdrawals within 7 days of commencement or after training has started are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances such as illness, assessed case by case.
Where minimum numbers are not met we may reschedule a course, and you will be offered a transfer or a full refund.
Student obligations
Students are expected to attend as required, follow WHS and site rules, treat staff and other students with respect, and complete assessments honestly. Breaches may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.
Recognition of Prior Learning and credit transfer
We recognise qualifications and statements of attainment issued by other RTOs and offer Recognition of Prior Learning. Ask us how to apply.
Complaints and appeals
We have a complaints and appeals process available to all students. Contact us first; if the matter is not resolved you may escalate it to an independent party, and you can also contact the National Training Complaints Hotline on 13 38 73.
